Fencing is an asymmetrical sport which, over time, can lead to muscle and functional imbalances that are often not apparent during training or competition.
During the épée week of the “Valles” Fencing Camp 2026, participants over the age of 14 will have access to an advanced functional assessment to analyze strength, power, and asymmetries, with the goal of improving performance and reducing the risk of injury.
This service is provided in collaboration with City Clinic, an orthopaedic and rehabilitation centre in South Tyrol, which will provide specialist expertise and equipment.
Participation is free of charge, but places are limited, so you are required to register using the designated form.
